Norton 360 Virus Protection Software Review

I purchased Norton 360 am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Although, I've experienced several virus attacks I haven't noticed anything because Norton took care of it without interruption. The only reason I know of the virus attacks is because Norton 360 has a log you can check for the status of virus scans. Norton 360 will also notify you when there are updates to your software as viruses and bugs are constantly changing. It is very important that you stay up to date with updating your antivirus software.

What I like best about Norton virus software is it tells you which websites are safe by inserting a green check mark beside it when you are surfing the net. Vise-versa, it will also tell you which sites are unsafe or have known viruses by inserting an "x" next to it that way you know to stay clear of the site.

One of the other features that I really like about this software is it's "Cards & Logins" application in which you log into a website and it will allow you to save the log-in information where only you have access to. This feature is protected by a log-in which you set up of course, but it's easier to remember just one log-in rather than 20. If someone else uses your computer you can easily log out of your "Cards & Logins" application so others cannot automatically log in to your sites without your permission.

Finally, Norton's Symantec anti virus software keeps a log of everything the software does and will also list any performance issues along with what application hindered performance. This way you can get rid of those applications which you don't use and which reduce performance. If certain applications are causing performance issues and you use them you may set them so that they don't turn on automatically instead.

I am amazed how it scans during idle times and does not disrupt my work. How great is that! It's a small investment to make given all of the features that this software has to offer.
